Returns & Refund Policy

Last updated: 19 September 2026

We hope you love your Camrhisa order, but we understand that sometimes something simply isn't right.

This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work when you shop with Camrhisa Designs. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Our 30-Day Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns period on eligible items.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us to request a return.

To qualify under our voluntary 30-day returns policy, the item should be returned in its original condition, unused and with any original packaging, labels or tags where applicable. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at info@camrhisadesigns.com before sending your item.

Approved returns should be sent to:

Camrhisa Designs
38 Llewelyn Street
Pentre
RCT
CF41 7BW
United Kingdom

Please do not send a return without contacting us first, as this may delay us in identifying and processing your return.

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day returns policy because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we tell you otherwise.

Your Right to Cancel an Online Order

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will normally have a legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.

For eligible goods, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

You can tell us that you wish to cancel by emailing info@camrhisadesigns.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order.

You are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your right to cancel, unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or we have agreed otherwise.

You may inspect and handle an item in the same way you reasonably would in a shop. We may make an appropriate deduction from a refund if the value of an item has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Your statutory cancellation rights are separate from, and are not limited by, our voluntary 30-day returns policy.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item is damaged, faulty, not as described or if you have received the wrong item.

Contact us at info@camrhisadesigns.com and, where helpful, include your order number and photographs showing the problem so that we can investigate and put things right.

Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods are governed by UK consumer law and are not limited to 14 days by this policy.

Where goods do not meet the standards required by law, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or another remedy depending on the circumstances and when the problem is discovered.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect and we are responsible for the return, we will not require you to bear reasonable return costs.

Items That Cannot Normally Be Returned for Change of Mind

There are circumstances in which the statutory right to cancel does not apply, including certain goods that are:

  • made to your specifications or clearly personalised;

  • liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; or

  • sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Where an item has been genuinely personalised or made specifically to your requirements, we may therefore be unable to accept a return simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of UK consumer law.

If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items.

Eligible sale items may also be returned under our 30-day voluntary returns policy unless the product falls within one of the exclusions described above.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are subject to any specific terms provided when they are purchased.

Nothing in those terms affects any statutory rights that apply to the purchase.

Exchanges

We do not currently operate a direct exchange service.

If you would like a different eligible product, the simplest option is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

This does not affect any right you may have to a repair or replacement where goods are faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and let you know when your refund has been processed.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase, we will refund the amount required by law, including the standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Statutory cancellation refunds will be made within the time required by law and normally using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

For returns made solely under our additional voluntary 30-day returns policy, the original delivery charge is not normally refundable unless required by law or we agree otherwise.

After we issue a refund, your bank, card provider or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.
