These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you use the Camrhisa Designs website or purchase products from us.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About Camrhisa Designs

This website is operated by Camrhisa Designs, a UK sole-trader business.

Throughout these Terms, “Camrhisa Designs”, “Camrhisa”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Camrhisa Designs.

Our website is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer our products for sale.

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

Camrhisa Designs sells a combination of products made by us and products manufactured or supplied by third parties.

Some third-party products may also be fulfilled or dispatched by a supplier on our behalf.

Where you purchase a product from Camrhisa Designs, your contract for that purchase is with Camrhisa Designs, unless we clearly tell you otherwise before you place the order.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, ingredients, fragrance descriptions and other product information are accurate.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, natural materials, manufacturing processes or the handmade nature of an item.

Handmade products may have minor variations between individual items. These variations are part of the nature of handmade production and do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the standards required by law.

4. Product Safety and Use

Some Camrhisa products, including candles, wax melts and home-fragrance products, require appropriate use and care.

Please read and follow any safety information, warning labels and usage instructions supplied with a product.

Never use a product in a way that conflicts with the safety information supplied with it.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits our responsibility where we cannot legally do so, including your rights in relation to unsafe or faulty goods.

5. Prices

Product prices are shown on our website in pounds sterling (£).

The price payable is the price displayed when you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges or other charges clearly shown before you complete checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but a later price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.

If we discover an obvious pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you. We will not simply charge you a higher amount without your agreement.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.

After you place your order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement.

An order is accepted when we confirm that we have accepted or are processing it for fulfilment, unless we clearly tell you otherwise.

We may decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example where:

a product is unavailable;
payment has not been authorised;
the delivery information provided is incomplete or invalid;
we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
an obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred; or
we are unable legally or practically to supply the product to the requested location.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the appropriate amount.

7. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

You must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the payment method selected.

Where a third-party payment or instalment provider is used, additional terms from that provider may apply to its service.

8. Delivery

We currently deliver to the locations described in our Shipping Policy.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and delivery charges will be displayed on our website or during checkout where applicable.

We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the timeframe communicated to you and in accordance with our legal obligations.

Occasionally circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you where reasonably possible and explain the options available.

Some orders containing third-party products may be dispatched separately or directly by a supplier acting on our behalf. This does not remove Camrhisa Designs' responsibilities to you as the retailer.

9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Your rights to cancel an online purchase and your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or misdescribed goods are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Camrhisa Designs also offers an additional voluntary 30-day returns policy for eligible products.

Our voluntary returns policy does not replace or restrict your statutory rights.

10. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Goods supplied by Camrhisa Designs must meet the standards required by UK consumer law, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described.

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at info@camrhisadesigns.com.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have a legal right to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or another remedy.

Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

11. Availability

Products may be available in limited quantities.

We may change or discontinue products or product ranges.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where we cannot fulfil the order.

12. Accounts

Where our website allows customer accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for providing accurate account information.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, misuse or a security risk.

13. Reviews and User Content

Where our website allows customers to submit reviews, photographs or other content, you must only submit content that you have the right to provide.

Content must not be unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, infringing or deliberately misleading.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary.

If you submit a review or other content for publication, you give us permission to display and use that content in connection with Camrhisa Designs and our products, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We will not require customers to transfer ownership of their original intellectual property merely by submitting a review.

We do not permit fake or misleading reviews and will take reasonable and proportionate steps in relation to reviews in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Unless otherwise stated, the Camrhisa Designs name, branding, website content, original photographs, graphics, written content and other materials created by or for Camrhisa Designs are owned by us or used with permission.

You may use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, sell, commercially exploit or falsely claim ownership of our protected content without permission, except where the law allows.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content or operation of websites that we do not control.

If you choose to use a separate third-party service, that service may be governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

This section does not remove Camrhisa Designs' responsibility for products that you purchase from us merely because a third party manufactured, supplied, dispatched or delivered them on our behalf.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our website also uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy and through our Cookie Preferences controls.

17. Our Responsibility to You

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts:

your statutory rights as a consumer;
our responsibility for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods where the law makes us responsible;
liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for losses caused by circumstances for which we are not legally responsible.

If you use products for business or commercial purposes rather than as a consumer, different legal rules may apply.

18. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control where the law permits.

If such circumstances materially affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will communicate with you where appropriate.

This does not affect rights you may have under consumer law, including rights arising from significant delivery delays.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products or legal obligations.

The Terms that apply to a particular purchase will normally be those in force when the contract for that purchase is made.

Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.

If you are a consumer, you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections available to you under the law applicable where you live.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent you from exercising any right you have to bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
